See the difference

Drag the line and watch the grime disappear.

Algae, mold, and mildew build up so slowly you stop noticing. Virginia humidity feeds it year round. A soft wash kills it at the root instead of pushing it around.

The smarter clean

Why soft wash beats pressure washing every time.

Most homeowners search for "pressure washing" without realizing it can damage the house. Soft washing uses low pressure and a biodegradable cleaning solution that kills mold and algae at the root instead of blasting the surface.

Pressure Washing

✕Blasts surface dirt only, so growth returns in weeks
✕Can crack siding and strip paint
✕Forces water behind siding
✕Can void a roof warranty

Soft Washing

✓Kills mold and algae at the root
✓Results last 12 to 18 months on siding, 2 to 3 years on roofs
✓Safe for siding, brick, stucco, paint, and landscaping
✓The method the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association recommends
